Oil leak ??

I have a Nissan Altima 2012 that is rebuilt with a new engine 3 months ago.
There was some oil leak stain I would see whenever I leave the house and I
didn't think it was a big deal. But today as I was parking it there was a splash of
oil (kind of mixed with water) under the car. I am worried if it is from the engine?
And if it is serious damage? How much will it cost to fix it?

Check the level of the water and oil.Top off as necessary.Get it to someone who knows what theyre looking at.
