Where is the transmission fluid drain plug
located in 1996 chysler Sebring jx

Transmission pans don't usually have a drain plug so you will have to drop the whole pan (20 bolts?) to get it to drop. There will be about five quarts of fluid there and it will start to run out soon as things are loose. Change the filter and wipe out the pan while you're in there.
