Loss of power

While driving car loses power until it drops down to like 35/40 mph. Doesn’t
stall just no throttle response. Started shifting like shit only sometimes too. It
all started right after I got new tires.

are the tires the proper size for the vehicle? Did you scan the computer for codes? might show a bad tps. some vehicles have a fly by wire system which basically means that your gas pedal isn't attached by cable to your throttle body. sometimes those sensors go bad. a code scan should help point you in the right direction. also you may have to get someone with a code reader that can read live data. it can be hooked up while driving and show what is cutting out.
