I have a 2008 vokswagen jetta wolfsburg.  drove it in the morning, came out 4 hours later and a red light is blinking on the tail light very rapidly. i go to start the car and no power at all, so i got a new battery and go to start it again and it wont turn over and im getting an EPC light, ABS light, a steering wheel light.  it has power now but will not turn over.
