Have you checked all the ground wires to see if they are making a good connection. Picture electricity as running water in a pipe that operates in a circle constantly going around, if there is a blockage in the pipe the water wont flow. The same way with electric current if the batter and alternator are both good then the stoppage is somewhere else, which might be the ground wiring.
