2002  sebring when i stop an go it makes a squeaking noise but not when i push down on
the fender like to check bounce

Does the squeak get louder or go away when you apply the brakes ? It definitely does not have anything to do with the struts because if it did you would only hear the squeak when you hit a bump.

id say not louder but when i turn it does, i also was rocking the car back an forth i could hear it softly i did find there were no retainer clips on cali but i put them on

If it squeaks when you turn maybe the tie rod end or lower ball joint most vehicles do not have grease fittings any more so you could try spraying tie rod end and ball joint with some WD40 may help.
