hi have sebring 2002 battery light is ON even after replacing with new battery
and alternator. Can any one help me out.

The voltage regulator is built into the PCM, (powertrain control module) and if the fuse links are good, (power at the alternator) then the PCM would be the most likely problem. You need a multimeter to check alternator output 13.4-14.8 at the battery terminals with the engine running
