My bottom radiator hose blow out..

Yes .I have replaced it but my car keeps flashing engine hot a/c off but the needle never leaves the C .. Also the radiator has green coolant but the overflow has dirty water. Not sure if these things have anything to do with each other but that's what I see ..

I changed temperature sensor my so now I can tell if it is hot but my a/c is still not working when I hit the button it flashes and turn of we flush the system and but antifreeze in it but still nothing .. I do need a new thermostat but its ok for now would that have anything to do with it ...?? Oh and thanks for all the help you have given me
