car will not shift to drive

I have a chrysler sebring convertible 2008. My car will not shift out of park.

that is a recalled issue... As soon as I bought my Chrysler Sebring I had that problem... They fixed it for free because they said it was a recall on the shifters.

I have a 2010 Chrysler sebring and I put it in reverse to back out but it started to go in drive mold backwards and now I can't move the shift and it want caught to start up
