Not satisfied. with car and dealer

Hi I recently (June 14,2018) bought Honda Civic 2013 model through
carguru.ca. not satisfied with car or dealer especially with service
And whatever dealer promised nothing is done , it's in technical issues
I want to return car and get my payment back.
Please advise.

Tom is correct, try to resolve this with the dealership. The promises are kinda tricky, did they write them up for you and the manager to sign off on? If not they won't happen.....
