2004 Chrysler pacifica

I have a Chrysler pacifica. When i drive it, it
drives fine then once in awhile it jerks to one
side. Like it want to pull me to one way.
What could that be?

When mine pulled me to one side I own a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica I had to change my lower control arm they're about $80 at AutoZone
