Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Thursday car was running ok, but noticed a slight
miss, Friday morning started my 2004 Chrysler
concord limited LX it was missing something awful
& engine light flashing & beeping, while driving car
was running rough, I had noticed a few days prior
the coolant gage had moved from 1st line (normal
since I bought the car) to right under 1/2 way, but
no higher... took the car to auto zone to be tested
code: P0303: "misfire detected, catalyst damaging"
checked plug on cylinder 3, it looked a bit worn (
plugs/wires replaced late 10/15) bought a new
platinum plug & changed the coil pack to different
plug shafts (after checking coil pack (good) to be
sure it was actually cylinder "3". Same problem per
test cylinder 3... ... anyone have any other
suggestions?? I'd sure appreciate your input.

Did you reset the engine codes before the second test? I wonder if your catalytic converter is starting to plug up.
