Does the new Chrysler 10 year 100,000 mile warranty have any state restrictions on replaceing the soft top

Chrysler has supposedly blocked off an number of states where they won't replace the crossfie soft top when the rear window falls out. could any one send me a copy of that warranty so i can read it at alorbin@aol.com
