05 Crossfire rear window falling out. Called the Chrysler # and was told the extended warranty is VIN specific and does not cover all Crossfires. Anybody know if this is true?

Yes we got same answer. makes me so mad that Chrysler will not stand by there mistake! They said we all need to call so maybe they would do a recall on the top. IF THEY GET ENOUGH CALLS FROM THE CROOSFIRE OWNERS . I CALLED 1-800-992-1997 and spoke to Leon on 9/9/2019
