My oil pressure gauge and engine Light is on

My oil pressure was always reading around 40 psi
come out from store and check engine light came
on and now it’s 70 at an idle. What is causing this

My oil pressure drops to Zero at idle on my 1999 suburban 7.4 And goes up when I give it gas does not make any knocking sounds runs good Have replaced the oil sending unit and still does it anyone have any suggestions I can look at
