Blend door actuators

Asked by Robert May 09, 2023 at 12:21 AM about the 2011 Ford F-150 Platinum SuperCrew 4WD

I replaced the one behind the radio and the one under the air box on the

passenger side floor. The clicking stopped but when the AC is on it blows cold

on the driver and heat on the passenger side front dash vents. They say there

are four blend door actuators?  Where are the other two and what does each

one do ?

If you google this, you'll find diagrams and videos about this, or just get a good repair manual to find instructions. It's likely the dash will have to be removed to get at the others. And now you're seeing how modern cars are being made to be disposable.
