Intermittent crank no start when cold

Asked by Gabby Dec 19, 2022 at 10:21 AM about the 2011 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE Crew Cab 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2011 GMC Sierra 1500 that has an
intermittent crank no start condition when the
temperature drops below 60 degrees F. When
temps are above 60 there’s no problem
starting at all. My battery is new and spark
plugs and wires were replaced in March of this
year. I have checked all fuses I can think of.

Same thing happened on my Silverado, it was the starter.
