Why do some listings have "No Price Analysis"?

After looking at 2011 Ford Rangers for sale the only common denominator that the trucks have with no Price Analysis is there is no asking price given, listed as "Negotiable"

Negotiable, find out what it cost from another web site. take 3000$ off and make them an offer
