How do you block the GPS signal coming
from the 2011 Dodge nitrous?

The GPS signal does NOT come from the car. The GPS signal is received by the car and very very small time differences from different GPS satellites is computed and your location is calculated from that information. GPS is cars is just a receiver and not a transmitter. Perhaps do some reading at the link...https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Global_Positioning_System
