1996 DeVille Concours Issue?

Hard Starting/Backfiring (takes about 5-10 seconds to start) when it does take awhile to start it throws these codes (P1350 & P1375) and idles/run bad sometimes stalling... sometimes i can turn it right off and back on and it will start normal and codes will disappear with good running conditions.. I Checked the (Ignition Control Module) & it's Fine.. Any ideas What it could be?

this modle cadillac was not their best car.for the codes,who scaned it.get a printout of the scan where it was done,it will give you info on possable problems.dont buy part the scanner says,like IAC,the codes have several problems.take print out to your mechanic,he will be able to deterime the problem.
