Cadillac won't start

I have a 2000 Cadillac DeVille that will not start. When you turn the
key in the ignition to start it will not crank however I do have lights
radio and other power. I've checked my starter connections and
they look solid brand new starter. Brand new battery I've checked
fuses and relays and they all look good.

batery may be corroded or you need to jump start because your battery is not holding a strong enough charge
