02 caddy deville  horn fuse kept blowing,pulled it
out....now headlights & running lights wont work
together. ....checked all fuses & replaced
relay.......still nothing!!   Frustrated

I believe those are switched on negative, meaning an errant ground can cause them to work (or a bad ground can stop them from working) so trace along wire harness to each of those items and look for any bad/damaged wiring or a wire that should be a ground hanging loose.
