I heard a big plastic snap while i was driving i
pulled over and my fan is broke and my ratiator is
leaking out coolant and underneath my car some
plastic is broke right underneath the ratiator how
can this happen and wats the reasonings?

Install a new radiator and fan! Make sure the serpentine belt is still there.

The fan is plastic and probably broke due to age, or the mounting bolts may have worked loose. Your car is 17 years old so expect that the plastics under the hood are getting brittle and old.
