Cooling system

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The cooling system- fluid in resivoir (
according to indicator gauge stick). Gets hot
within' 10 qt min. Not leaks. 1 st time I it over
heated... White residue was left on the
engine. The car drives great ... Not problem ,
great pick up and horsepower. The water
pump , thermostat has been changed.
......so what is the problem ?........ please?
