2006 CTS Sunroof anti-pinch won't release

I was driving through my neighborhood (slow speeds) and the sunroof
stopped and would not open or close.  I know that turning it to the closed
position and pressing the dial up activates the override, which allowed me
to get it closed, but now it won't operate at all.  I do hear a click when the
dial is pushed up.  I have tried removing the fuse (no click when dial
pushed up) and reseating it (the click is back when pressing the dial) so it is
not a fuse issue.  I had thought maybe that would reset the anti-pinch but
no luck.  Any ideas on how to reset it?
