2006 CTS Cadillac won't turn over

Asked by Craig8164 May 30, 2018 at 02:16 PM about the 2006 Cadillac CTS

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I haven't driven my Cadillac for about a month and
before that I had just gotten fluids changed and a
new battery. I went to start it and the lights all came
on but went to start it and it cranks but won't fully
turn on. It dosent have a clicking sound like it would
for the battery. Also some white smoke comes out
the back exhaust (not a lot but a little)
I'm guessing just old gas or something?

Take the battery out and put a trickle charge on the battery. Even if it's a newer battery they will loose power if not recharged. Probably just condensate coming out of the exhaust. If it still smokes after your get it running all the time then you might have an issue.
