Condencer fan not running at high speed when ac is on at
idle so air wont blow cold unless driving down road? Why
fan wont run at high speed at idle with air on?

Maybe or fan is out, switch for it, fuse?

The fan will run at high speed if i reve it up so i know the high speed works on the fan. But what switch controls high speed for the ac bc like i said high speed works when engine temp calld for it but not when ac needs it?

Did you ever find out what was the issue? I am having exactly the same problem. I already replaced a bunch of things including the relays (btw, I've got a 2004 WJ 4.0L)
