The Volvo V70 is a wagon, not a convertible. You must mean the C70. Volvo's are decent safe cars, but like any car require normal maintenance. Volvo parts cost are higher than other vehicles, but have a mechanic look it over before purchase and make sure it has a decent Carfax history.
