advertising a salvage car

Asked by Skip Feb 15, 2016 at 06:12 AM about the 2004 Volvo C70 LPT Turbo Convertible

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

OUr insurance company "totaled" our 2004 C70 Volvo and we bought it back.  We hit a deer and it totaled the front end up to and including the radiator.  The parts and repair AND replacing the windshield was more than the company thought was reasonable so it was totaled.  It would be a great project car.  Can I advertise it on Car Gurus.com?

I don't see why not if you're upfront about anything damaged or in need of repair. I had to steer you away from this website, but I think as a salvage car, you'd be best off on Craigslist. Most people looking for projects are looking on CL.
