Power Steering Puzzle

Asked by Tyler Aug 08, 2023 at 06:54 PM about the 2011 Chevrolet Impala LT FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have replaced the power steering pump 5 separate times on
my car in the last couple of years, and replaced the entire
power steering rack. Funny thing is, it's still leaking.

What could be causing this?

Cheap mix matched parts ? A fitting from one manufacturer may be different from another part . Junk parts is one reason I gave up on G.M. long ago

Power steering hose leaking. Most likely the pressure line. Hope that helps! Jim
