Parking lights out, not bulbs

Asked by Feb 08, 2017 at 08:36 PM about the 2010 Volkswagen CC Sport

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had my front left parking light go out recently so i went to change it. Pulled
off the fender well lining, changed bulb and still wouldn't come on. Though
it may be a bad bulb so i too the one from the passenger side and tried it
there. Still no luck. Put it back in the passenger side and worked fine. Went
and got a 2nd new bulb just to try and when i got in my car, both are now
out. Tried new bulb on both sides and nothing. All other lights on the car
are working fine except for now both of my front parking lights. I checked a
Fuse diagram and it doesnt appear my version has a fuse for these. Any
help?

Have you tried moving the bulb in the socket while the parking lights are on to try and make contact? It may be that you would need to replace the bulb sockets if by moving them around doesn't get them to turn on.
