Transmission acts out…sometimes

Asked by ickyandsunshine Apr 18, 2023 at 12:53 AM about the 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan SE FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. Transmission
replaced in 2021. Unpredictably the transmission
will slip and the van will not go more than 35-40
mph. It won’t shift into the next gear. If I pull over
and turn off the van and restart it- it runs fine, until
the next time it acts out. Some days it acts out a lot
and other days it doesn’t act out at all. Neither the
weather nor time of day nor number of miles driven
seem to predict whether the problem will occur.
Photo is list of codes. Thanks.

With the transmission codes and catalytic converter code, it's time to get rid of the vehicle. It will cost more to fix than what it's worth. Jim
