I just bought a 09 dodge grand caravan sxt, and have noticed the exact same thing! I plan to take it to the dealership since it is still under its 5 year, 100thousand mile powertrain warranty. I wonder if it is normal, or something defective with the transmission. I can feel it shift when it does, like its shifting hard. I only have 33457 miles on my vehicle. Hope its not something wrong with the trany, my ford loving husband will never let me live it down

I am one of the lucky ones - I bought a 2009 New - and at 34K the transmission went out and had to be replaced / then drove it to 180K miles no problems. Then bought a 2016 RT - and it too had the transmission go out at 59K Miles!! At least they were power train warranty, but what are the chances that I would buy two back to back with bad transmissions???? Stupid to say, but I still loved those vans
