Jeep Liberty problem

I have a 2010 Jeep Liberty my traction
control light is on, Anti break system light is
on, esp light is on, and my serv 4wd light is
on. While I drive car makes a loud grinding
noise at the front end of of my car. As I pick
up speed it gets louder. I try not to go over
65mph.

Would there be anything more about the breaks you could tell me. I haven’t had the car for a year yet and I changed my break pads about 3 month ago.
