oil for 2010 CRV

I just had my oil changed at Harmony Honda in Kelowna, bc.  I just noticed now that 5W - 20 Oil was put in.  However, i have always has 0 w-20 Synthetic oil in.  Also, the oil on the dip stick is not clear, but is murky, which i feel is odd for new oil.

All I can add is my Dealer in Coquitlam tells me that synthetic oil is required for my 2010 CRV. Ron
