I have a 2010 Chrysler sebring replace the altenater    the battery light stays on how can I reset the computer

Remove key from car,unhook +battery cable for 30 minute,s,then replace cable,s.Make sure key is not in the igintion when you do this.

2010 you could activate the alarm and turn on anti theft in the radio if you just unhook the battery cables, the best way to reset the computer is locate the ECM main and the KAM fuses and remove just them, then wait about 30 seconds and reinstall the fuses, you may have to drive the vehicle so the ECM can run it's relearn capabilities.

i have a 2008 Chrysler sebring. i just got a new alternator. my car starts up and then stalls out. am i just needing to reset the whole car by undoing the battery?

Is the low pressure tube cold right close to the front bulkhead? If it is then you have a problem with the blend air doors. If it’s not cold then you have pressure problems.
