The plastic piece under the front of my avenger has cracked and a piece is hanging down. I think the plastic piece is called a cowling??? How much should it cost to replace?

if you are refering to the "air dam" its all one piece still available at a dodge dealership and it goes for 600 bucks unpainted...in my opinion you'll be able to find a more astheticly pleasing aftermarket one for much less

If you go aftermarket, it is called a "front splitter"
