Loss Of Power on acceleration. what should i be looking for?

So i have a 2010 subaru Outback wagon. Base model 2.5L 6spd Manual.
recently ive had a loss of power on acceleration and had a bunch of check
engine lights. I had a P0028 and P0026 (Perm Intake valve control solenoid
circuit range/performance) both banks 1 and 2. then also got P0031 (HO2s
Heater control circuit low B1S1) so far i have replaced the Bank 1
(passenger side?) VVT solenoid, the B1S1 O2 sensor. an oil change and
filter and the oil pressure sensor and it has not gotten much better. anyone
know what i should do next? so far my plan next is to replace the other VVT
solenoid and then move on to either spark plugs or MAF or other intake
related things. Thanks!

the codes tell you where the trouble is not what to replace , it still has to be figured out ( diagnosed ) If there's a good shop with a technician you can trust take it there because a curb side mechanic is just taking pot shots at the problem . That's what I think .

The other solenoid could be the culprit and might want to replace it just to be safe and that way you know it's clean. These codes often don't mean that specific part is what caused the code to pop though. Have you checked the fuel filter as well? This is probably the biggest culprit in a vehicle that age and lack of fuel flow definitely can cause some other error codes to populate.
