2010 Ford Escape Air Conditioner not working

Sounds like the guy u dealing with don’t know what he is doing. Although a lot of people out there think the dealer is expensive... it’s not... dealer gives u warrenty and they work on that one product only so they will know how to fix it right the first time.. u paying for a service and they telling u to add Freon... u the idiot

Well, Mark, thank you for your answer and for calling me an idiot. I'm sorry that I don't have the knowledge that you do concerning cars. But then I guess you don't have the same knowledge that I do about the law (I like one course having my paralegal certificate). I live on a fixed income and taking it to a dealer was not an option for me. And this still hasn't helped me get my air conditioner fixed and the temps are up in the upper 90's now. Yes, I am married but my husband isn't able to work on the car anymore. He can barely make it down the hall before he gives completely out. So, thanks for your non-helpful advice.
