I am trading in a car...for one I seen on Car Gurus, signed the paperwork but have not taken delivery or turned my trade (time constraints yesterday).am I still obligated if i changed my mind?

Probably. Once you sign on the proverbial 'dotted line' you have entered in to a contract, and the only way out is to prove some sort of deceit, non-disclosure, fraud... hey I'm not a lawyer. Check with the laws in your State. Some have a "cooling off" period...some really good buyer protection laws..and some you are SOL. But a defect/fraud and changing your mind are the key things here.
