I am trading in a car...for one I seen on Car Gurus, signed the paperwork but have not

Probably. Once you sign on the proverbial 'dotted line' you have entered in to a contract, and the only way out is to prove some sort of deceit, non-disclosure, fraud... hey I'm not a lawyer. Check with the laws in your State. Some have a "cooling off" period...some really good buyer protection laws..and some you are SOL. But a defect/fraud and changing your mind are the key things here. Again: Check the laws in your State

Good Morning Tom. I don't know what State you are in...but I can say here in Calif. ....even if no money changed hands, you are bound. Unless as in the above
