I'm considering going buying a 2010 Land Rover HSE, 64K miles, single owner for $24k. is this a good buy and what should I be looking out for?

I'm considering buying a 2010 Range Rover HSE,
64K, single owner for $24k.  Is this a good deal and
how much should I budget for maintaining vehicle?

I have owned 2, full size, range rovers, years 2008 HSE and 2011 Supercharged. They were fairly reliable and never stranded me. I also used to go, off road, and drive them with spirit, on road. Brakes and tires wear quickly due to size. Every 10 to 15k miles.
