looking to buy a 2003 range rover HSE. Anybody want to share their experiences and knowledge on this year?

Looking to buy the right Ranger Rover HSE. Either a 2003, or 2004. Most lots
and private sellers around averaging the price around $9,000.
Not sure how many miles is too many for this car.
I know the air suspension can go out in these cars, they're expensive in gas
and repairs.
If you've own either year please share any information, knowledge,
experiences and overall views on the car.
