Fan blower not working on 2010 Chevy cobalt

Replaced fan blower and still not working
so where is the fuse and relay located

This is most likely going to be the resistor block. It's located near the blower motor. It will have like 5 or 6 wires plugged into it. This has been a trouble spot on GMs for years. You'll need to replace the resistor block and the pigtail (plug) that plugs into it. Hope that helps! Jim
