under hood fuse block overheating help

been working on this problem for a while now iv replaced t-body ,cooling fan assymbley
gas pedal,and ignition switch and relays im tired of throughing money into this car if i
loosing the fues block it runs ok  but soon as i put it back together in goes into reduced
power and running rough

Not sure what your main problem is. Is it over heating all of the time? You said if you loosen the fuse block it runs okay. Do you mean the fuse box under the hood? Not sure how you went from over heating to loosening the fuse box.
