i took my 2010 malibu to get detailed and when i got it back the display in the stereo is acting wierd so did it get wet and just needs to dry out to start operating normal again

I don't know - did it get wet? Try airing the car out for a few days and hope that it fixes things. Maybe they just pushed a lot of buttons when cleaning and messed up all the radio settings.
