CAN'T OPEN TRUNK. is there another way in the trunk???

Hi, I can't open my trunk automatically so i use my key but when the car is on it shows that the trunk is open and i alway make sure the is closed and i can't lock the car because of that. I was wondering if there is a burned fuse or a relay which i can't find. Thanks!
