My O/D off light started to flash

I have a 2005 Ford Explorer. The check engine light came on then a few days
later my O/D off light started to flash and my SUV started to not shift into 2nd
gear right. It was revving high. I took it to a Trans Shop and the guy said it was
the Transmission Band, that it needed replaced. Would that be true or would it
just be the Solenoid Pack only.

2004 Explorer , OD light flashing replaced trans problem still persist......any useful info/help to get this fixed ? i can see its All explorer prob.
