Where are the Mercury Milan.

Asked by kdray Jun 27, 2017 at 04:43 PM about the 2010 Mercury Milan V6 Premier AWD

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I thinking about buying a 2010 / 2011 Milan.   l live in NYC, but I don't see any
Milan on the road.  Is this a sign I should take into consideration before I
make this purchase ?

The Milan is a fine car. The reason you don't see many is that they didn't sell many units; the Milan was more expensive than a Ford Fusion when new, for what was essentially the exact same car (with a little more chrome). Ford moved about 150,000 Fusions per year, as opposed to Mercury's 35,000 annual Milan sales. As a used car now, the difference in price comes out in the wash, and it is probably a better value than an equivalent Fusion.
