Will a 5.4L from  a 2010 F150 fit in lieu of diesel?

I think you will run into a lot of problems. For one thing your diesel has hydroboost brakes which could be difficult to run on a gas engine. I would either sell the truck as is or fix your motor with Bullet Proof components.
