PERHAPS THE BULBS ARE BURNT OUT. ON MY CAR THE VEHICLE NEEDS TO BE RUNNING, KEY ON IN DRIVE BEFORE THE RUNNING LIGHTS TURN ON.
yeah try you high beam and then the low beams .your low beam bulbs might be burnt.
when its dusk I just turn on the running lights but I turned them on and got out of the car for some reason and they didn't come on
